About our boat, Farfelu
Our boat is a Farr 56ft pilot house, number 11 of 14 designed by Bruce Farr and built by BSI in Sweden in 2004. She’s excellent under sail as a performance cruiser with a good upwind cut and solent-style rigging that allow us to pole out two headsails for wing on wing downwind cruising. Our new mobile home has teak decks (labour and love), oak interior, carbon fiber mast and sails, three staterooms, recently added solar and a pilot house with a view.
